Internships offer continued education experiences with our partner organizations that focus on leadership development, one-on-one mentorship, and increased responsibility in the day-to-day operations of organic farm management. Internships are especially suited to those looking to build a career in regenerative farming or agricultural missions.

Students live in our newly constructed dorms in close proximity to our gardens and greenhouses.
Additional facilities will include the Christian Community Center at Valley Dream Farm, which will be used to host agricultural lectures, a farmers market, community events, and more.
Empower School is led by Buddy Walker, who founded and successfully led a similar venture in Central Florida for the past 12 years.
